Molotow
Molotow markers en spray paint zijn speciaal ontwikkeld voor graffiti en street art. Nou is dat tegenwoordig misschien niet zo bijzonder, maar Molotow was ruim 20 jaar geleden het eerste merk dat zich specifiek ging richten op graffitischrijvers. Het merk is ontstaan vanuit een Duits familiebedrijf dat al sinds 1959 kwalitatief hoogwaardige verf maakt. Jürgen Feuerstein, die het bedrijf eind jaren 90 overnam van zijn vader en nog steeds de baas is, vormde het bedrijf om tot dé specialist op het gebied van street art benodigdheden. Geïnspireerd door zijn passie voor hiphop en straatcultuur kwam Jürgen op het idee spuitbussen te ontwikkelen met ideale eigenschappen voor graffiti. Dat wil zeggen: minder verfnevel, preciezere lijnen en geen metalen balletjes. De afwezigheid van lawaaiige balletjes is vooral handig voor acties waarbij je liever niet opvalt. Het resultaat was de de eerste spraycan die specifiek ontwikkeld was voor het creëren van straatkunst. Innovatieve spuitbussen als de Molotow Burner zetten een nieuwe standaard in de scene en vormen de blauwdruk voor alle innovatieve producten die Molotow tot op de dag van vandaag op de markt brengt.
